Said vs. Did compares what California governor candidates say with public records, campaign-finance data, source-linked claims, rhetoric signals, prediction-market context, and evidence-quality labels. The app is static and read-only; model-generated rows are labeled for review boundaries and should not be treated as final editorial conclusions.
